3XL Client, Defensive Tackle Chris Smith signed to the Detroit Lions 53 Man Roster in advance of the season opener against the LA Rams on Sunday Night Football. Smith helped the Lions defense hold the Rams to only 20 points in the Week 1 win for the Lions. It was Smith’s first career NFL regular season game after spending 2023 on the Lions Practice Squad. He recorded his first official NFL tackle in the win.
