Certified NFLPA Contract Advisor Sarah Jackson joined the 3XL team in June. Sarah brings with her a wealth of expertise and passion for serving athletes at all stages in their careers, from NIL representation in college, to NFL contracts, to post-career counseling when her clients hang up their cleats.
A former Division 1 athlete herself, Sarah found representing athletes a natural way to combine her background in sports, law, and business. In undergrad, she was a goalkeeper for the Women's Soccer Team at the University of Michigan where she majored in Sport Management. Immediately following her graduation from Michigan, she began a Master of Legal Studies degree from Northeastern with a concentration in business.
Throughout summer breaks and several semesters in college, Sarah spent time learning about the industry and making invaluable connections in the NFL. She first interned at a sports performance center that trained collegiate athletes for Pro Days in 2015, and went on to work as an intern and consultant for various agents nationwide from 2016-2019.
In 2019, Sarah became one of the youngest women to take and pass the NFLPA Contract Advisors exam at the age of 23. She subsequently started her own agency which she managed for the last five years in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sarah has negotiated contracts for athletes in every major football league. In addition to her work on playing contracts, she works with athletes and their families to build a team of trusted professionals who are committed to helping her clients achieve their goals on and off the field.
